Orders and pricing
Prices are in Australian dollars. Orders are confirmed once payment is taken. We may contact you if we need to clarify or change your order.

Seasonal flowers and substitutions

Flowers are a natural, seasonal product. Availability, size, shape and colour vary with the season, the weather and our suppliers, so the flowers you receive may differ from the photos and descriptions on our website. Photos are a guide to the style and feel of an arrangement, not a guarantee of exact stems.

By placing an order you agree that we may substitute any flower, foliage, vase or packaging with a suitable alternative where an item is unavailable or not at its best. Substitutions will be like-for-like in colour, style and value, or better, and we will keep the overall look and feel of your order. Where a substitution would significantly change your order (for example, the main flower or the colour palette), we will contact you first where we reasonably can.

Some flowers, such as peonies, are only available in certain seasons. If a flower you have ordered is out of season, we will offer a suitable alternative or a refund.

Substitutions made under this clause are not a basis for a refund. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Cancellations, delivery and refunds
These are covered in our Refund policy and Shipping policy, which form part of these terms.

Custom orders
Custom arrangements are quoted and confirmed by DM, text or phone before payment.
