Book online by 8pm for delivery or pickup the next day. For same-day orders, call or text 0418 859 997 by 8am and we'll do our best. A rush fee may apply.

Delivery is priced by distance from Canada Bay and shown at checkout: up to 5 km $18, up to 10 km $35, up to 15 km $53, up to 20 km $70, up to 30 km $105, up to 40 km $140, up to 50 km $175, up to 70 km $245, up to 90 km $315 and up to 110 km $385. Further than that? Message us for a quote.

Yes, pickup is free and by arrangement from Canada Bay. We don't have a storefront, so we send the full pickup address and your pickup time once you've ordered. When you arrive, call or text 0418 859 997 and we'll bring your flowers out to you.

We'll try to reach the recipient by phone. If nobody is home, we may leave the flowers in a safe, shaded spot or with a neighbour, and the delivery is then complete. Redelivery costs extra, so please check the address and phone number carefully.

Yes. Add your message and who it's from in the Make it yours box on the product page and we'll include it with your flowers.

You can cancel for a full refund up to 3 days before your delivery or pickup date. Within 3 days, orders can't be cancelled or refunded, including orders placed inside that window. To cancel or change an order, please call, text or DM us on Instagram with your name and order number. If we ever have a problem with your order, we'll contact you.

Contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement, refund or credit.

Flowers are natural and seasonal, so stems and shades vary slightly. Our photos show the style and colour palette. If a stem isn't available we substitute like-for-like, and if a change would be significant we'll contact you first where we can.

Orders of 100 stems or more are made with premium, slightly longer-stemmed roses to give a long-stem look, at $10 a stem. Orders under 100 stems are $9 a stem.

Up to 75 reflexed roses can be hand-tied. Beyond that a bunch can't hold its shape tied, so the order becomes a vase arrangement and a vase is added.

Peonies are seasonal and back around November. Their price varies with the seasonal market, and the price shown on the website is updated as it changes.

Yes. Use Request specific flowers on the product page and we'll confirm your flowers and the final price before you pay.

Put them in clean water as soon as you can, trim the stems at an angle, keep them out of direct sun and heat, and change the water every couple of days.

Some flowers can be harmful to pets. Lilies are especially dangerous for cats, and tulips, chrysanthemums and peonies can also be toxic. Keep flowers out of reach and call your vet if a pet chews on them.

Subscriptions are by enquiry for now. Choose your plan and send us your details, and we'll confirm your colours, start date and billing with you before anything is charged. Plans are $80, $120 or $180 per delivery plus delivery, and your first delivery includes a one-off $30 vase. Pause or skip with 48 hours' notice.
