Refund policy

Cancellations and refunds

Every Petal Post order is made fresh for you, so our refund terms depend on how far ahead you cancel.

- Cancelled 5 or more days before your delivery or pickup date: full refund.
- Cancelled 3 to 5 days before: 50% refund.
- Cancelled less than 3 days before, or once we've started making your order: no refund, but we may offer a store credit.

To cancel, call, text 0418 859 997 or email petalpostt@gmail.com us with your name and order number.

If something isn't right
Flowers are a natural product, so stems, shades and sizes can vary slightly from photos. If your order arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement, refund or credit.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
