Delivery and pickup

Delivery
We deliver from Canada Bay, NSW 2046. Delivery is priced by distance and shown at checkout.

Orders need at least one day's notice. If you need flowers sooner, call or text 0418 859 997 and we'll do our best. A rush fee may apply.

Please check the recipient's name, address and phone number carefully. We can't be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.

We'll try to reach the recipient by phone. If nobody is home, we may leave the flowers in a safe, shaded spot or with a neighbour, and the delivery is then complete. Redelivery costs extra.

Pickup
Free pickup from 19 Renown Street Canada Bay, on your chosen date. We'll confirm your pickup time by message.

Perishable goods
Flowers are perishable. Once delivered or collected, they are in the recipient's care. Please put them in water as soon as possible and keep them out of direct sun.

Substitutions
Flowers vary by season and availability. If a stem isn't available we'll substitute like-for-like in colour and style.
